Value Creation
This page separates turnover from the value retained after direct delivery costs. Gross margin is the principal measure: it is the amount available to fund salaries, overheads, financing costs, tax and profit.

Embedded Source Data
This reconciled version contains the January–June 2026 figures extracted from the supplied Flash Reports. Gross Margin and Gross Profit are stored as separate measures. A later version can add direct spreadsheet import, profit before tax, profit after tax, debtors, pipeline and operational productivity.
Import Centre
Register monthly Flash Reports and revised forecasts without overwriting earlier versions. Every import is retained locally as an immutable snapshot, ready for later migration to a hosted board system.
Register a report
Export the complete EMS data file before replacing the application. Importing it into any later revision restores actuals, forecasts, weekly updates, notes, audit history and settings.

Forecast Audit
Compare any two forecast snapshots to see how monthly and full-year expectations changed. Flash and actual imports remain available for later forecast-accuracy analysis.

Latest Divisional Gross Margin Update
Record the latest expected end-of-month Gross Margin against the monthly target for each division. Updates can be added as often as required and every submission is retained locally for review and audit.
Executive Interpretation
Divisional Target and End-of-Month Forecast
Target Gross Margin is populated only from the latest reconciled Forecast Cash Flow import. Enter the latest expected end-of-month Gross Margin for each division. The system warns if the divisional target split does not equal the company target.

Data Sources & Financial Integrity
This is the authoritative data dictionary for the EMS. It records where each financial measure originates, how forecast divisions map into EMS divisions, and whether the currently loaded data reconciles.
Financial Source Map
The mapping is embedded in the application and is used as the reference for imports, reconciliation and dashboard interpretation.

Local Data Management
The application works without an internet connection. Its working dataset is stored in this browser on this device. Use JSON backup regularly, especially before changing device, clearing browser data or installing a new version.
Backup and Restore
Export creates a complete portable backup containing the financial data, application metadata and audit history. Import validates a CYFOR EMS JSON backup before replacing the local working copy.
