Thresholds use variance percentage: (Actual or latest forecast − target) ÷ target. Green applies at or above the Green threshold; Yellow at or above Yellow; Amber at or above Amber; anything below Amber is Red. Trend arrows use a 0.5 percentage-point movement tolerance.
Changes are shared through the normal Flight Deck cloud sync.
